Shipping Info

At the moment we only ship only to the UK. Postage is with Royal Mail 1st class (no tracking or insurance) as standard. Please note that as these are standard, non-tracked postage methods with no insurance, we cannot locate the item once it has left our facility, nor can we be responsible for the item whilst in transit. If you make a mistake with your address we can not help with changing it if the order is already shipped. Please be very careful with entering addresses when ordering.

Return Policy

We hope that you are completely happy with your purchase when you receive it. However, if for any reason you are not satisfied you can return it to us, in perfect condition within 14 days of the date you received the item. We will then issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item (but not the postage and packaging).

Goods returned must be as “new” with no damage. You will be required to cover the cost of postage to return the items.

All returns must be accompanied by original invoice / receipt and a written explanation of why you are returning the goods.

Orders can be cancelled at any time before dispatch for a full refund.

Refunds will be given in the same form of payment you originally used to make the purchase within 14 days of us receiving your return.

We cannot take responsibility for damages incurred in transit such as CD cases, CDs etc. If you experience this please contact us and we will try our best and resolve the issue.
